ULT-CAST
Ultrasonic Cleaning of Metal Surfaces
Our Ultrasonic Parts Washers use modern generators and transducers provided by the German company, Weber Ultrasonics GmbH. Both the frequency and the power of the ultrasound are selected individually for each project. We provide the following frequency spectrum:
- from 25 kHz – strong cavitation,
- up to 1000 kHz – high washing precision.
SPRAYING-CAST 3000
Industrial Parts Cleaning Systems
Zones: pre-washing, main washing, rinsing with deionised water, maintenance, corrosion, phosphating, drying. Tunnel Washer SPRAYING-CAST 3000 are designed for automatic operation mode, with full control parameters, cleaning, drying and recycling of cleaning medium. Standard washers are equipped with continuous filtration cleaning medium or continuous destillation.
