SPRAY-CAST 3003 – Rotary Table Spray Washers
Spray washers can operate in semi-automatic or fully automatic mode with the control of the most important work and technological processes.
All components used come from branded manufacturers and specific component models were selected based on many years of experience of our company.
The SPRAY-CAST, front loading spray washer, has been designed for semi-automatic operation. Loading and unloading of items to be washed is carried out manually, while the washing process, filtration and deoiling of the cleaning fluid are carried out automatically (with the necessity of periodic replacements of filter cartridges and emptying the oil waste container).
The most important components of the device that come in contact with the cleaning fluid are made of stainless steel. The components used are made by branded European manufacturers.
The Front Loading Spray Washer is a chamber device for spray cleaning with a nozzle system supplied by an efficient maintenance-free centrifugal pump.
The parts to be washed are placed in process baskets. They are transported in special trolleys and are loaded onto a rotary frame inside the chamber. The cleaning agent is electrically heated; the tank has level and temperature control. The cleaning solution is dosed automatically. Full-stream filtration allows spraying directly filtered agent, which increases the nozzle lifetime and improves the quality of detail cleanliness. Information on the filter contamination is presented in the form of a visualisation on the operator’s screen. Then, while drying with compressed air, the cleaning fluid is removed from the parts. To get rid of the moisture remaining on the detail, the next stage of the operation is to purge the parts using a side-channel blower.
During the process, oil waste is removed from the bath solution using a coalescence separator. The waste flows into the tank, which should be regularly emptied.
The device is fitted with connections enabling filling the tank with mains water. Using the sensor system, the machine automatically replenishes the liquid loss. A certain amount of chemical substances is added to the replenished water to maintain the correct concentration of the solution.
To minimise losses of the cleaning agent, the machine is fitted with a condenser, whose task is to condense the vapours inside the chamber during the process.
