The SC3001 spraying washing machine is a sprayed cleaning machine of a cycle type, equipped with a unit of nozzles fed by effective, maintenance-free rotodynamic pumps. Parts are transported in specially designed baskets by two independent but intersected transportation lines.
Washing resolutions are electrically heated, and the tanks are equipped with devices controlling levels and temperatures.
Off-line filtration system in the washing process, as well as full-stream filtration are equipped with precise filter cartridges and visual dirt indicators.
The machine consists of five zones: preliminary washing, main washing, drying, drying with hot air and cooling. The machine is equipped with automatically operated valves that compensate for water losses, as well as with pumps adding cleaning agents to washing tanks.
