Tunnel Parts Washer
The SC3000 spray washing machine is a tunnel device for spray cleaning and rinsing with a nozzle system supplied by efficient maintenance-free centrifugal pumps. Details intended for washing are placed on a buffer table capable of accommodating 60 workpieces. They are transported automatically to the washing machine.

The cleaning solution is automatically dispensed. Full-stream filtration allows spraying directly filtered agent, which increases the nozzle lifetime and improves the quality of workpiece cleanliness. Information on the filter contamination is presented in the form of a visualization on the operator’s screen. After washing, the workpieces are rinsed.
Washing, Rinsing
Similarly to washing, rinsing is carried out in a tank including multiple sensors and an automatic rinsing medium dispenser. The rinsing system is equipped with full-stream in-line filters, thanks to which the details can be rinsed with the pure medium. Then, in the process of blowing with compressed air from a low-pressure blower and drying with compressed air, the cleaning fluid is removed from the workpieces.
